About me: I live in Rye, New York with my wonderful husband, Mario, two amazing kids, Carly and Chris, our Coton de Tulear, Maggie and various foster dogs at any given time. I’ve worked in Market Research, have taught on the elementary level and have tried my hand at Real Estate. I’m a Breast Cancer survivor, wife, mother, sister, daughter, Auntie, friend and dog lover. My favorite place to be is at the beach with my family, reading a New York Times bestseller and watching my kids body surf. It doesn’t get better than that!
Why I got involved: After donating to the Wig Exchange, and reading an article in the Huffington Post that program was growing, I decided to offer my help as a way of giving back.
What makes The Wig Exchange special: I would say that the personal touch is what makes The Wig Exchange special. Helping women going through this struggle by those that have come through on the other side, gives us all hope.
